Section Saf-C 5606.02 - Applicability(a) Pursuant to RSA 263:12, X, nothing in this part shall prohibit a person from transferring, in non-electronic form or format, personal information contained on the face of a license to another person, provided that the consent of the license holder is obtained if the transfer is not to a law enforcement agency.(b) Nothing in this part is construed to prohibit the recording, retaining or storing of personal information that is obtained solely from a source independent from the driver's license, such as the individual him or herself, where the visual inspection of the driver's license is used to corroborate the personal information.N.H.
