Section Saf-C 5605.21 - Auto Insurance Companies or Self-Insured Entities

For the purpose of a motor vehicle record being requested pursuant to RSA 260:14, IV(a)(2), an insurance company that is authorized to write automobile insurance policies in New Hampshire, or a self-insured entity, or their authorized agent shall not obtain or use a motor vehicle record for use in connection with a claims investigation activity, anti-fraud activity, rating or underwriting that is not related to a motor vehicle insurance policy.
