Section Saf-C 5603.02 - Form for Certificate of Authority for Agents or Employees(a) The certificate of authority for agents shall be: (1) On the principal's letterhead;(2) Indicate the name of the agent or employee;(3) If the agent is a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity, the letter shall indicate the name(s) of the individuals from the agent-entity authorized to receive records for the agent;(4) The period of time the authorization is valid for, but not to exceed one year; and(5) Signature of the principal, or if a legal entity, signature of the director, officer, or branch manager for the principal.(b) Notwithstanding any rule to the contrary, for the purposes of RSA 260:14, V(a), a certificate of authority shall be provided for each request for a motor vehicle record of a named person. Bulk users authorized by Saf-C 5602.08(a), however, do not need to submit a certificate of authority for each request.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 5603.02
