Section Saf-C 5506.06 - Standard for Granting Motion for Rehearing

Notwithstanding any rule to the contrary in Saf-C 203, a motion for rehearing in a case subject to appeal under RSA 541 shall be granted if it demonstrates that the commissioner's decision is unlawful, unjust, or unreasonable.
