Section Saf-C 5503.03 - Division's Responsibilities(a) The division shall establish and maintain a registry of individuals required to register pursuant to RSA 651-B.(b) Upon receipt of the copy of the DSSP 311, the division shall: (1) Enter the information into the SOR database; and(2) Pursuant to RSA 651-B:3, forward a copy to the local law enforcement agency or appropriate out-of-state law enforcement agency having jurisdiction over the place the sexual offender or offender against children expects to reside upon discharge.N.H.
