Section Saf-C 5406.10 - Nonpayment of Fines(a) If the fine is not paid within 30 days of receipt of the order, the division shall send notice to the transportation network company to appear at an administrative hearing to show cause why its permit should not be revoked for non-payment of the administrative fine.(b) The hearing shall be scheduled no earlier than 14 days from the date of the notice in (a) above.(c) In the event the hearings examiner finds that a transportation network company has not paid its administrative fine, the transportation network company's permit shall be revoked.N.H.
