Section Saf-C 5406.01 - Complaints(a) Complaints regarding transportation network companies shall be filed with the division in writing within one year of the occurrence giving rise to the complaint.(b) The complainant shall state: (1) The alleged violation of RSA 376-A or these rules; and(2) All information available to support the complaint.(c) The complainant shall print his or her name, sign, and date the complaint.N.H.
