Pursuant to RSA 376-A:19, IV, any rider, driver, trip, or financial records inspected by the division or any duly authorized representative of the division under this chapter shall be designated confidential, shall not be subject to disclosure to a third party by the division or duly authorized representative of the division without the prior written consent of the transportation network company, and shall be exempt from disclosure under RSA 91-A. Nothing in this section shall be construed as limiting the applicability of any other exemptions under RSA 91-A.
