N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 5102.12
No person shall operate a vessel at a rate of speed in excess of 10 miles per hour on Chestnut Pond in the town of Epsom, provided, however, that this restriction shall not apply during the hours of 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m. daily, and further provided that all water skiing shall be conducted in a clockwise direction at all times.
