Section Saf-C 521.09 - Release from Non-Renewal of Resident Plates and Motor Vehicle Registrations(a) Release of motor vehicle registrations from non-renewal status shall be affected upon: (1) Notice to the director from the department of transportation that all tolls and administrative fees have been paid; and(2) Payment of the administrative fine.(b) Notwithstanding any rule to the contrary, no motor vehicle registration shall be reinstated if there are other revocations or suspensions in effect under any other statute or rule, including reciprocity agreements.N.H.
