Section Saf-C 521.06 - Order(a) If the hearing examiner determines that the owner is liable for the violation, the hearing examiner shall suspend the owner's renewal registration privileges for the offending motor vehicle.(b) In addition to the notice of suspension ordered, the hearing examiner shall make a recommendation for the fine consistent with the uniform administrative fine schedule set forth in Saf-C 521.07.(c) No fine shall be assessed unless it is first determined by the commissioner to be consistent with the uniform fine schedule set forth in Saf-C 521.07.N.H.
