Section Saf-C 518.23 - Underpayment by Municipal Agent

In the event a municipal agent forwards less money than is owed to the department in any remittance, the department shall bill the municipal agent in the amount of the underpayment. The bill shall be paid by the municipal agent within 30 days of receipt.
