Section Saf-C 518.15 - Receipt of Inventory(a) Upon receipt of any inventory from the department, each municipal agent shall complete a report which shall verify receipt.(b) The report shall be filed with the department on a verification report, furnished by the department.(c) The report in (b) above shall include the following:(1) The date the inventory was received;(2) The municipal agent's signature certifying receipt; and(3) The identification of any missing or damaged inventory.N.H.
