Section Saf-C 518.03 - Interview(a) Upon submission of an application that might indicate a lack in qualification or fitness for appointment as a municipal agent, the director shall require an applicant to appear for a personal interview.(b) The director shall inform the applicant in writing of the interview. The written notice shall include the date, time, and location of the interview.(c) In the event an applicant refuses or neglects to appear for a scheduled interview, the director shall deny the applicant's application.N.H.
