Section Saf-C 514.09 - Recall of Registration Number

Notwithstanding any rule to the contrary, the department shall recall any registration plate or series of plates, in cases of, but not limited to, defect, mistake or duplication. In such cases, a replacement plate or plates and corrected certificate of registration shall be immediately issued.
