Section Saf-C 513.35 - Permanent Motorcycle Plate(a) Permanent motorcycle plates shall be issued to motorcycles of local, county or state government, a school district, volunteer fire department, the civil air patrol, or a public or private educational institution used for the purpose of student driver training pursuant to RSA 261:92.(b) Permanent motorcycle plates shall have 3 to 5 characters, the first 2 of which shall be the letters "MC", and the remainder of which shall be numerals.N.H.
