Section Saf-C 510.07 - Change of Name(a) Whenever the name of any person who has made application for or obtained the registration of a vehicle is thereafter changed by marriage or otherwise, such person shall within 10 days notify the division in person at any substation of such former and new name, on form DSMV-30, (rev 3/22).(b) As evidence of a new name, a registrant shall present a copy of one of the following:(1) Name change petition from the court of Probate;(2) Marriage certificate;(7) Naturalization certificate.(c) A change of name cannot be processed by a municipal agent.N.H.
