Section Saf-C 4009.02 - Departmental Review

When the department receives a request for disclosure of material submitted under this chapter, the department shall undertake a review of the material requested, including any materials identified pursuant to Saf-C 4009.01, and the submitting applicant's explanation for the applicability of RSA 91-A to the requested material.
