Section Saf-C 4003.01 - Eligible Applicants

Eligible applicants shall be New Hampshire state, county, and local law enforcement agencies having law enforcement jurisdiction within the northern border alliance patrol area pursuant to RSA 104:6, RSA 105:3, RSA 21-M:3-b, or other statutory law.
