Section Saf-C 4001.01 - Purpose

Pursuant to RSA 21-P:69 and RSA 21-P:70, this chapter establishes the process for grants issued by the department of safety from the northern border alliance fund to other New Hampshire state, county, and local law enforcement agencies to reduce the instance of crimes and illicit activity in close proximity to the Canadian border.
