Section Saf-C 416.06 - Decision(a) The commissioner shall issue a decision on a petition, based on the commissioner's consideration of the criteria set forth in Saf-C 416.07, within 60 days after the completion of the hearing held pursuant to these rules.(b) The decision regarding any petition pursuant to these rules shall be in writing and shall include findings of fact and rulings of law.N.H.
