Section Saf-C 416.03 - Scheduling of Hearings(a) Not later than 30 days after the receipt of a petition pursuant to these rules, the commissioner or a designee shall review the petition for compliance with these rules. (b) If the commissioner or designee determines that the petition complies with these rules, the petition shall be accepted.(c) If the commissioner or designee determines that the petition is not in compliance with these rules, it shall be returned to the first named petitioner, along with a statement as to the corrective action required for compliance with these rules.(d) The commissioner or designee shall schedule a public hearing to occur not later than 30 days after acceptance of a petition, unless the commissioner determines that the action requested by the petition requires compliance with RSA 270:12, in which case the hearing shall be scheduled and noticed in a manner that complies with RSA 270:12.
