Section Saf-C 415.05 - Rental Agent Safety Certificate(a) Upon receipt of a completed registration application and payment of the fee, the division shall issue to the rental agent its rental agent safety certificate.(b) A rental agent safety certificate shall expire on December 31 of the year in which it is issued.N.H.
