Section Saf-C 3315.03 - Complaint Validity Determination(a) After an evaluation of the complaint by department investigators, an agency, or a local official, the department shall determine if the alleged complaint constitutes non-compliance.(b) The department shall forward a copy of the complaint(s) to the manufacturer, the agency, and the builder/dealer of the modular building or building component.N.H.
