Section Saf-C 3248.05 - Appeal of an Administrative Fine(a) Any appeal from an administrative fine shall be in accordance with the provisions of RSA 541.(b) Any appeal filed pursuant to this section shall not suspend payment of the fine.(c) In the event a fine is overturned on appeal, the department shall, pursuant to the court's order, refund the fine within 30 working days of the receipt of the court's order.N.H.
