Section Saf-C 3211.04 - Prohibited Tires, Mis-Matching(a) A vehicle shall be rejected if: (1) Radial and bias-ply tires are on the same axle;(2) Different tire sizes are on the same axle, except for U.S. and metric sizes of compatible construction, dimensions and load capacity; or(3) Tires are marked "for farm use only", "off highway use only", or "racing only".N.H.
