Section Saf-C 3207.05 - Notice Required(a) The inspection station owner shall notify the department, in writing, of the following: (1) Lost, damaged or stolen inspection stickers;(2) Hiring or termination of an approved mechanic, or person authorized to purchase inspection stickers;(3) Changes in the mailing address, but not in physical location of the station, that might affect mailings to the station by the department;(4) Any change in the company name, corporate structure or ownership of the inspection station;(5) Any change that diminishes the physical dimensions of the inspection area;(6) Any change in local government approval pursuant to Saf-C 3205.02; or(7) The fleet of vehicles falls below 15 New Hampshire registered vehicles.N.H.
