Section Saf-C 3207.02 - Change of Ownership(a) Each inspection station owner, partner and officer listed on form RDMV 705 shall notify the department, in writing, of any pending change in the ownership of the business, no later than 30 days prior to the effective date.(b) If all of the owners, partners and officers listed on form RDMV 705 are being changed, all unissued stickers, sticker stubs and books shall be surrendered to the department immediately after the close of business on the last day of ownership, or the next business day, and a new application shall be submitted as required by Saf-C 3204.02.N.H.
