Section Saf-C 3205.06 - Issuance of Certificate of Appointment(a) Upon approval of an application, a certificate of appointment, containing a designated station number, shall be issued to the inspection station.(b) Except as otherwise provided by RSA 261:103-a, IX, no inspections shall be conducted unless a certificate of appointment has been issued and at least one approved mechanic is on duty.(c) The inspection station shall prominently display the certificate of appointment to the public at all times.(d) A certificate of appointment issued to a fleet inspection station shall be available upon request and authorize the station to inspect only those vehicles that are registered or leased to the fleet inspection station.N.H.
