Section Saf-C 3202.27 - Vehicle inspection report or VIR

"Vehicle inspection report" or "VIR" means the official, clearly legible, printed report approved by the department containing the test results for the safety and emissions inspection, as well as the on-demand sticker informational insert, when applicable.
