Section Saf-C 3121.03 - Effect of Revocation or Suspension of Certificate on License

If a hearings examiner revokes or suspends a driver education instructor certificate and determines that the conduct of the instructor has a direct bearing on the operation of an approved drivers' school, a hearing shall be scheduled to determine whether to suspend or revoke the approved drivers' school license.
