Section Saf-C 3112.01 - Uniform Text(a) All approved drivers' schools shall issue a text book to each student that has been approved by the department, to be used as an integrated component of the program.(b) Examples of approved texts shall include: (c) Any person may request approval of texts by writing to the division and including 2 copies of the text.(d) Upon receipt of the request, the division shall review the text to decide whether it shall be approved.(e) The text shall be approved if, after review, the division determines: (1) That the text contains substantially the same materials as the texts set forth in (b) above; and(2) The text addresses the testing content set forth in Saf-C 3112.02.(f) This section shall not apply to CDL drivers' schools pursuant to Saf-C 3117.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 3112.01
