Section Saf-C 3110.05 - Behind-the-Wheel Instruction

(a) All students shall receive on the road instruction that consists of:

(1) At least 10 clock hours of behind-the-wheel instruction; and

(2) At least 6 clock hours of observation in a dual control vehicle.

(b) This section shall not apply to CDL drivers' schools pursuant to Saf-C 3117.

(c) In the event a student's physical or mental disability prevents observation time pursuant to (a)(2) above, behind-the-wheel instruction may be substituted.
