Section Saf-C 3109.01 - Multiple Vehicle Driving Range(a) Multiple vehicle driving ranges shall:(1) Be designed to simulate driving conditions on local streets and to provide space for driving drills;(2) Be supplied with at least 2 vehicles;(3) Be equipped with a mode of communication between instructors and operators of the range; and(4) Not be operated with more than 2 students in each vehicle.(b) The department of safety shall inspect each multiple vehicle driving range to ensure compliance with these rules.(c) Student driving time on multiple vehicle driving ranges shall not be counted toward the 10 hours of behind the wheel instruction required by Saf-C 3114.05(a)(1).N.H.
