Section Saf-C 3003.13 - Hardship Registration Obtained in Bad Faith(a) Any hardship registration obtained in a manner contrary to the provisions of RSA 264:24-b shall be revoked.(b) The administrative hearing provisions set forth in Saf-C 3003.07 shall apply to the revocation.N.H.
