Section Saf-C 3003.01 - Persons Qualified for A Hardship Registration In order to qualify for a hardship registration, a person shall have been:
(a) Certified as a habitual offender;(b) Convicted of negligent homicide involving the use of a motor vehicle;(c) Convicted of manslaughter involving the use of a motor vehicle;(d) Convicted of a subsequent offense of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any controlled drug pursuant to RSA 265-A:2; or(e) Convicted of aggravated driving while intoxicated pursuant to RSA 265-A:3.N.H.
