Section Saf-C 311.35 - Form RT 130R, Schedule of Exempt Sales from New Hampshire Retail Dealers(a) An applicant shall submit a separate schedule for each type of motor fuel, to include the following: (1) Applicant's name and time period of the claim;(2) Product type for the schedule;(3) Business name of retail station;(4) City and state of retail station;(5) Name and federal employer identification number of exempt entity who purchased the motor fuel;(6) Date of each purchase;(7) Gross gallons of each purchase; andN.H.
