Section Saf-C 303.02 - Applicability(a) All persons operating qualified motor vehicle(s), in New Hampshire and one or more additional member jurisdiction(s) shall comply with IFTA.(b) For the purposes of this part, "qualified motor vehicle" means a motor vehicle used, designed, or maintained for the transportation of persons or property that: (1) Has 2 axles and a gross vehicle weight or registered gross vehicle weight that exceeds 26,000 pounds or 11,797 kilograms; (2) Has 3 or more axles; or(3) Is used in combination, when the weight of such combination exceeds 26,000 pounds or 11,797 kilograms gross vehicle or registered gross vehicle weight.(c) The term "qualified motor vehicle" shall not include recreational vehicles.N.H.
