Section Saf-C 2910.02 - Departmental Review

When the department receives a request for disclosure of material submitted under this chapter, the department will undertake a review of the material requested, including any materials identified pursuant to Saf-C 2910.01, and the explanation provided for the applicability of RSA 91-A to the requested material.
