Section Saf-C 2909.01 - Exempt Material Identified by AgencyApplicant agencies believing that any material(s) required for submission under this chapter are exempt from disclosure under RSA 91-A shall clearly identify such material and provide an explanation that describes how the material meets one or more of the exemptions outlined in that statute.
