Section Saf-C 2804.12 - Effect of Granting a Petition on License(a) If the petitioner's license or privilege to operate a motor vehicle is under suspension as a result of a hearings examiners recommendation, then the license or privilege to operate shall be restored, upon payment of any fees required by law, if the director orders a new hearing pursuant to Saf-C 2804.10.(b) If a driver's license or privilege to operate was restored as a result of a hearings examiner's recommendation then the driver's license or privilege to operate shall be suspended if the director orders a new hearing pursuant to Saf-C 2804.10.N.H.
