Section Saf-C 2607.08 - Theft or Loss(a) Any theft or unexplained loss of permissible fireworks valuing more than $100.00, from a licensed establishment or any of its storage areas shall be immediately reported to the commissioner and the local police department.(b) Crimes such as shoplifting shall be reported to the local police department.N.H.
