Section Saf-C 2606.03 - Additional Requirements

Each applicant for a local permit to sell permissible fireworks shall submit the following along with the permit application set forth in Saf-C 2606.02:

(a) The permit fee established by the municipality, if any; and

(b) A copy of a valid permit for the sale of fireworks issued pursuant to title 18 of the United States Code.
