Section Saf-C 2606.01 - Application Process to Sell Permissible Fireworks(a) Any person who wishes to sell permissible fireworks pursuant to RSA 160-C:2 shall apply first to each municipality in which the person intends to sell or market permissible fireworks.(b) Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, pursuant to RSA 160-C:3, II-b, only individuals lawfully residing in the United States, or partnerships or limited liability companies organized under the laws of the New Hampshire or authorized to transact business within the state of New Hampshire, or corporations organized under the laws of one of the United States and currently registered to do business in New Hampshire shall be licensed pursuant to RSA 160-C:3.N.H.
