Section Saf-C 2605.07 - Approval of a State License to Sell or Market Display and Consumer Fireworks(a) In the absence of any grounds for denial under Saf-C 2605.06(c), the commissioner shall approve an application and shall issue an initial or renewal license to sell or market display and consumer fireworks pursuant to RSA 160-B:6.(b) The license shall include the following: (2) Licensee's name and location of the business; and(3) Licensee's signature.(c) Every license shall be valid for not more than one year from the date of issue and may be renewed on May 1st of the following year. The initial licensing fee shall be pro-rated to correspond with the initial date of issue.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 2605.07
