Section Saf-C 2603.05 - Insurance Required(a) Any licensee authorized to market or sell display fireworks, consumer fireworks or permissible fireworks, or any person certified as competent to display display fireworks, pursuant to RSA 160-B:7 and RSA 158:9-f, shall be insured with a minimum amount of coverage of $1,000,000 per accident.(b) Any person required to obtain insurance in accordance with this section shall have the insurance in effect prior to engaging in business related to fireworks and shall maintain insurance for the duration of the licensing term.(c) The state shall be listed as a certificate holder on the insurance policy.N.H.
