Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to apply to any form of firearms, including muzzle loading pistols, rifles, and muskets, or other item, device or object not defined in RSA 160-B:1 or RSA 160-C:1, unless so designated in this chapter by the commissioner, pursuant to RSA 160-B:8, III.
