Section Saf-C 2309.02 - Insurance Requirements(a) Every person applying for an original or renewal commercial vessel registration who is engaged in a charter service, excursion service, or who receives compensation and who provides a licensed operator or crew, shall include proof of liability insurance coverage along with the application.(b) Any commercial vessel engaged in a charter service excursion service, or who receives compensation and who provides a licensed operator or crew, that is not insured, shall not be issued a commercial vessel registration until proof of liability insurance coverage is provided and kept in force.(c) The amount of insurance required by this rule shall be an amount adequate for the payment of any judgment against the commercial vessel for bodily injuries to, or the death of, any person using the facilities of the commercial vessel.N.H.
