Section Saf-C 2308.17 - Revocation of Vessel Agent Authority(a) The commissioner shall revoke a vessel agent's authority, after a hearing, for failure to adhere to the contract or for any violation of this chapter or RSA 270-E.(b) All hearings shall be held in accordance with the requirements of Saf-C 200.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 2308.17
