Section Saf-C 2308.15 - Record Keeping(a) Each vessel agent shall maintain a record of all vessel registration certificates issued by him/her, including: (1) Date of registration;(2) Last name of the registrant;(b) All records shall be maintained for a period of 5 years.(c) No vessel agent shall refuse or fail to provide the department, any auditor, or other authorized person, with any records relating to vessel registrations. The commissioner or his designee shall take the records in hand for inspection, as necessary to photocopy.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 2308.15
